You can tell from my earlier post I agree with his sentiment and I would give his view extra credence because he knows the property (versus I only knew the numbers).I suggest if you can still get out of the deal without super harsh consequences that you consider doing so.

REO's are good for me because my offers don't offend a family/owner...it goes to Bank officials who only care about their numbers...no sentimental attachments...
