Fair housing prohibits discrimination against persons with disability.I don't practice law but this is a basic distinction that all landlords should make themselves aware of - and is equally important for renters to know their rights.

ask your accountant to make the distinctions before you throw them under the bus.. what the OP who started the thread should do..
