Tenants expect a rent increase with new ownership so now is the best time to do it with the least amount of resentment, they expect it, why disappoint them.As for maintenance issues, which primarily boils down to a tenant wish list, I wait to hear from the tenants over time, I do not go looking for trouble.

Hello Becky I'm currently going thru the same disappointment I bought a condo in Akron Ohio planning on selling the condo,had a qualified buyer but then the bank wouldn't finance the buyer saying reason being because someone owns 65% of the condos there.So what I have to do is find a buyer with a large down payment in order for them to get financing or someone has to buy with cash.So what I ended up doing is renting the condo out,exactly what I wasn't planning on doing.The only other option is to sell thru auction

His son that works for him at the shop explained to me he was disappointed his dad didn't choose hot rods and girls in bikinis for the calendar...I wouldn't be able to hang that anywhere outside of my garage at home.
