@Denis MaheuxI do not believe there is a maximum however if you charge a ridiculous amount of money and try to collect on it I think the courts would have a problem with it.

I don’t use MySmartMove but most of these screening companies have an option to generate an Adverse Action letter to send out when you’re going to deny an applicant based on information obtained in whole or in part from a consumer reporting agency.
