Account Closed - I agree with Moises, but on initial walk-through you are basically doing a visual inspection. 

This is a small kitchen so I don't think granite would be prohibitively expensive and the visual appeal will help attract renters.

I always inform my out-of-state investors that if they absolutely need more concrete details or visuals of the properties offered or the work being done on the property, I am happy to do everything I can to get them either real-time photos or video feed over the phone, even meet with the contractor at the property. 

Your audiuence may be motivated but if your message is just "sell me your house for cash" you are not going to see much traction.If your message is "I have food", and your audience is starving, your message resonates 100% with the pain point your ideal audience is experiencing.I call this "Message Resonance".Message resonance is a concept I have developed to evaluate and visualize how effective your marketing strategy truly is.In the above example you have a 100% message resonance.

I would add a caution about using street view to visualize properties in shady parts of town.  

Everyone is saying  A-B-C-D-F neighborhoods, where can I find a rank for the neighborhood I'm interested in, and also compare it to a nearby neighborhood like a heatmap or something visual? 

As mentioned before, periodically checking the grounds for the landscaper, if there’s an alarm with the STR we can visually check if there’s anyone there or if it’s a false alarm, things of that sort.
