I love taking that hideous 1980's decor and bringing it up to the 21st century!

In all probability we're not going to have another once a century recession that matches the last one so soon, but even if we did, you'd be doing more than OK if your ownership horizon is 10 years or more.

You may have a century old building that's in an A-Class area. 

That their group has a hedge fund for investing and they can pool the wealth of the people involved  in order to make deals of the century on a regular basisSo all this got me to thinking.

I'm also a Bruin alum and live near Westwood and work in Century City.  

I'm still quite leery of investing in that area 1) because almost all the houses are century old homes and the possible underlying issues scare me. 2) just the neighborhood itself.

If you have the best cash cow of the century it's not going to matter if it's not in an area that people want to live.

Plumbers which is under Remax  and  Rental Network (empty house for 5 months)  and currently we have  one property under Century 21 it's been rented consistently  however I don't think they check on the house.
