I'm not sure in what capacity leased employees may be involved if you are the only employee.

The way the room is set up, the twins will fit better with the windows and the bunk bed would block one of the windows, but I like where you're going with the extra sleeping capacity.

Just venting into an attic space is not the proper construction method.There are various fans, most sold at Home Depot, with different capacities. 

I am a investor only contractor in the DFW area, but if I were looking...I think the first thing you should ask yourself is, in what capacity do you need help?

I know i have the capacity to do this but circumstance makes it all the more difficult.
