I got a blower, pump, ducting, vents, etc. for $6k on a 3/1 1000sf property.Also, ARV depends on the neighborhood.

Now even when it's on minimum with a blower it generates way too much heat & it lacks a thermostat control unit.Also if you get a remote go with direct hard wired ignition as those with batteries in the log set will need to be replaced every year & they are tough to get to.
