Looking for anyone in the Greater Houston area that may have a good feel of the mobile home market down here...

A quick message or phone conversation perhaps, to get me going in the right direction would be great, maybe areas to drive, areas to not, typical MH values for a variety of models, etc.

I'm interested in all aspects of REI, and this would only expand my business. Who knows, I may wind up enjoying this more than wholesaling or rehabbing SFH's!

Just looking for anything that can get me off the ground here in Houston!
