I am just finishing remodel of my second rental (SFH) and planning for a new rental build on a 1ac lot I aquired a year ago.  

As I bring on my subs, I can see improving this and finishing quicker.

You could always house hack though and rent a room or two out after you finish remodeling, while you are still living there.

The repairs that I needed with this foreclosure was only cosmetic so I did all the repairs such as broken ceiling fans, paint, laminate floors and things of this nature was finished with them a couple of weeks.

Just finished up my first flip in East Boca and I am know looking to do more flips. 

Cost will be what @Marc W. said and this is based on level of finishes you want as well. 

Hello Everyone,I will sit for the CA Broker's exam some time this fall after I finish the course work required, and I am having a difficult time finding much information on what I will need to do, obtain, or maintain for the broker's license.  

The mid-flips looked like they needed quite a bit of work still--it was really hard to tell what they would look like finished.  

I will be finished with my classes at Hondros in October and would like to hang my license with an investor friendly broker.

I'm looking to do the same thing once I finish the property I'm currently working on.
