Sourcing Deals

Just finished up my first flip in East Boca and I am know looking to do more flips. I travel a lot for work and haven't gotten the opportunity yet to go to the local REI meetups. I would like to make some contacts in the area to help in sourcing deals (Wholesalers) and potential partners for some syndication type deal for apartment complexes. If you know of anyone or if you yourself  share the same aspirations then please feel free to reply...
