Probably won't be as high of a ceiling appreciation wise long term as closer to the city but I think it's a good area for rentals in general being close to the Airport and Cranberry.

For North side - north of Oceanway and to around the airport area.

Even with that said, you're getting a packed look at airports due to less flight paths now since Covid. 

List out what is important in an area like near water, surfing, city life, small town, coffee shops, trails, night clubs, major airport, etc... 

Felt like the Hunger Games.So, I stick to the suburbs near the airport as that works for my niche.

It doesn't hurt that the Cincinnati airport is actually over here as well. 

It’s located 2.3 miles from Fairmont, MN (FRM-Fairmont Municipal) Airport.

To further address, those markets differ from areas near the airport, such as East Point, College Park, and Hapeville.

Yes, planned changes can affect a neighborhood positively or negatively.... things like changes in airport traffic, road expansion, putting in a new community park, new construction building and more...
