@Dave Spooner, this is the only thing I do not like about Innago from my research thus far:Your tenants will be charged 2% capped at $2 for each ACH transactionDo y'all not "hold" the money for a few days like Cozy did and make a little off the interest? 

Kansas City University of Medicine is there and they are pouring a ton of money in to that location. 

I have been working in medicine as a physician assistant in Internal Medicine with an emphasis in senior health care,  for over 20 years, I see patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities every day.

Lastly, since I am likely will be conducting everything remotely, my plan was for them to send first month rent and all applicable deposits via ACH, but this takes time.

It handles my accounting and provides my tenants with a payment portal for making ACH payments and the like. 

One of my custodians prefer to receive paper checks instead of ACH :))) I am looking for a software which is able to do this.

:)We pay 99% of everything online:1) Many larger vendors have online systems that allow payment2) Many cities allow online payments for water & tax bills, etc3) Most banks allow you to setup ACH payees, which makes it easy to pay them once setup4) If a vendor won't/can't give you their bank routing & account numbers, you can then pay via your bank's online BillPay option.The options above will cover 99% of anyone you need to pay!

I also tried TrueRent for $10/mth and a $1 per ACH rent transfer fee.  

I now get my payments via ACH transaction.
