Does anyone have experience renting in the 64124 zip code? I read a post from a while back saying there were both good and bad areas within it for rental properties. Just want to hear from anyone’s experiences. Thanks!

@Alyssa Esquivel - not all of 64124 is equal. In general, north of Independence and further west is better. However, I own south of Independence. If you know the area this map says most of it.
