There are many high demand section 8 communities in Michigan because not all landlords cater to section 8 so tenants are happy and stay if you provide attractive housing for them.To Your Success!

I just wanted to ask the community whether this is a strategy people are thinking about and I am curious about how veterans have taken advantage of opportunities like this in the past.

If you're earning, they might show they care a little, but they're more focused on the next batch of agents to recruit.Mom & pop experience: the broker barely answered my calls but when she did, I had already found the answer myself OR she was able to share something I couldn't find on my own - experience.This helped me become very resourceful as it forced me to figure things out in case she couldn't get back to me in a timely manner.Big box experience: I went to KW and found the best 'community' feel/vibe you could ask for in the business.

I have a few questions related to DSCR loans that I'm not easily finding the answers to online so I thought I'd post some of them here to glean this community's insights.

We've been running for over 4 years now and have multiple agents from different brokerages and backgrounds in our community.

If you do it right e.g. always carry a reserve for repairs/vacancies, hire a GOOD property manager, keep the tenant happy by doing reasonable repairs, etc, then investing OOS is a great option to build wealth.Good luck and be sure to utilize the BP community if you need help down the road.
