My experience in real estate is in rent.I'm interested in learning the subject of the notes.What is the best way to learn how to do it in practice?

I'm starting to analyze one deal per day for practice.Is there a quick way to calculate rehab cost and ARV (without overthinking it) before making a thorough analysis of property?

The cost of a new fridge/freezer plus $180 to "keep good relations" is  honestly a waste of money and not good business practice.

I found one that would’ve willing but the numbers didn’t work out, at least I’m getting some practice on talking to sellers. 

I want to buy and hold and heard you can refinance the loan after a year, is this a practice that could be used to get started?
