You could go to the police, tell them that you are trying to invest in the community and improve it by providing a higher standard of living but you need their help to stop these hoodlums from vandalizing your sign and thus interfering with your business.

Taxes for Police, Fire, roads, etc. are all part of living in a civilized society and I don't mind paying for those things, but when the govt. is just giving our money away to Banks, the automakers, AIG, etc., then yeah I say START THE REVOLUTION!

The entire US Millitary is 3 Million personnel in active and reserve duty and the entire police force of the entire United States is between 800,000 and 900,000.

However, in the past 4 weeks this woman has called the police at least 8 times complaining on everything from loud noise at 4AM in the morning to someone pulling fowers ot of her flower bed. people in my house are pulling flowers out of her flower bed.

I can ask a friend of mine on the police force what kind of activity they see in that area (gang or just low-income random violence).

She may very well steal that also when she leaves and good luck trying to get the police to charge her!
