Public transportation?

I am a University of Florida Graduate in Finance and Real Estate, a Marine Corps Combat Veteran (still in the reserves), prior Financial Advisor, and a current MBA student and a business partner in a Private Prisoner Transport Company.

Actually the clients drive their own cars, but I need to work out a better system so my transportation is not being utilities in a wasteful manner. 

We put things on hold for a bit as the location where we are hoping to build it is having the road torn up and replaced by the Department of Transportation. 

This is why I work at BiggerPockets and why I save everything I can and learn as much as I can so that I can invest in real estate and rapidly make that a dominant source of income.And, I believe that for many people starting out on this journey, this comes down to being smart with the biggest parts of their spending - namely housing and transportation.

Factor in garages, yards, off-street parking, proximity to public transportation, school district, etc.....Good luck!

Interested to get advice on what range of discount people have seen on properties that are adjacent to loud public transportation.

As far as the best place to buy a multi-family in NJ, I would recommend focusing on areas with good transportation and access to employment.  

Should be around 800-1000 (ie 4 hrs ar 120 + 300 transport, or 8 hrs at 100 + 200 transport), more cleaner works.

You need to look closely at not only the numbers, but the environment (neighborhood, demographics, crime, access to services (bus, transportation, etc.) and proximity to jobs).
