@Brian P. there is so much hazing for the new guys we almost don't have time to talk about investing, lol J/K it's a good group of people that show up and everyone has different talents and experience.

Otherwise go for a solution that is proven and has a good team of talented people that can help you gain equal or more value then you would trying to go step by step on your own. 

 I think this question all depends on your talents and abilities.

The "T" stands for Talent.

I would say that talented people can do at least four per year without it consuming their lives.

NO one gives you anything. this all comes down to individual you either have the skills to sell or you don't.its more of a a god given talent.. there are sales training courses that will make you better but you have to have the ability as I stated some innate ability. 

He is talented, but really doesn't have a large business.

I only say go to commercial if you have the time, talent and resources or partners that can bring those things you lack (especially experienced partners) to learn the ropes from and develop your credibility in the space.  

And thanks for the affirmation, I aim to use my gifts and talents of speaking and making people laugh to impact people and hopefully RE to get me the financial goals my fiance and I have set for ourselves.
