I enjoy the analytics of the figures and utilize spreadsheets to "see" how the crunched numbers work (I will even go out of my way to do some of the calculations long-hand; call it a long-lost art).

Basically, it's a great market, superb location, 2 story stucco building that needs a lot of TLC.

And because it's ugly it doesn't allow me to employ stupidity analytics in terms of buying just to buy.

I plan on looking at our next home (single or multi-family) analytically to buy it right, so when I move again, I'll be happy with the outcome and cash flow and can focus on building a portfolio and part-time business that I can be proud of and maybe transition to after life on the move!
