I've been investing in buy-and-hold SFRs out-of-state since 2004 and used to help run a couple of real estate investment clubs here in Orange County, CA.  I'm looking now to accelerate my investing, either through continued efforts in SFRs or possibly to graduate to multifamily or commercial, depending on what I learn here.

My investment partner is my wife, who is a professional Feng Shui consultant. I'm the analytical finance side while my wife has an incredible eye for harmony and balance.  She just seems to know what people want.  Thankfully, we balance each other out.

I travel extensively through CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR & WA for my day job and would like to educate myself on some good markets in those states in which to invest.  If you have any recommendations, I'm all ears.

I've heard great things about BP and look forward to networking with everyone.
