Hi @Azam KhanMight be worth talking to someone like GRA or Withers Tsang as both of them are well regarded in the NZ property industry as being very sharp with regard to tax efficiency so they may know how to do the best thing for US-NZ ownerships?

I don't think you need a marketing partner Devan cause you clearly got that down - get someone who is super sharp at finance on your team and lend them your marketing prowess.

Move such posts there and leave them up.I try to be careful in calling some out, believe it or not, I think there are some sharp ones here who can take care of that when they pop up.
