It continues to be a head ache dealing with the bank but due diligence and staying relaxed knowing it's going to play out the way it should is my general rule.

Because of the loan situation, is this a time to walk away or just plan on having my cash tied up until I can get an appraisal above $131,000 or the banks relax after the virus goes away?

(I think Adam might remember the specific timing better than me).2)  The building rules relaxed for setbacks and roof height in 2019 so we where able to build higher and closer to the property line.

I've certainly relaxed my criteria and am now looking at a deal with close to an 8% CoC but won't pay to own a rental property.
