Once you have these items, a vision, and a few deals under your belt, you will have results to show investors and the credibility necessary for investors to trust you with their hard earned money. 

Travis,It doesn't matter if it's a banker or a broker just someone who see's your vision and wants  to help you get there.

Jermaine here, I think that is a waste of time just spend the three hundred dollars to get a six camera system with night vision and remote monitoring

Hello Guys, the summit was a great way to get inspired and connected, but most of all I got a vision/strategy how to start my Real Estate Investing.

You competition has tunnel vision.

So many buyers don't have the vision for the finished home.  

Prior to beginning construction I had a vision of the ultimate "MAN CAVE".

BE CAREFUL, the acid may remove color from the bricks or lighten them, and will remove your vision if you splash it in your eyes.

I think the experienced guys/gals get busy with a lot of other clients and don't necessarily share an investors vision of success (which most likely includes making more offers than are accepted).
