The hard part with financing is getting the house to appraise.. whether you go FHA or Conventional appraisers can really give you a hard time on a HUD home depending upon the condition, so make sure you do a thorough walk-through and identify any potential problem areas (peeling paint, smoke detectors, plumbing or electrical repairs, etc..) prior to selecting financing if possible. 

Walk around SF and you will more mask adherence than anywhere else.

I followed the instructions exactly and it peeled off within the year.I prefer one-piece tub/shower combos as others have mentioned, but these often don't fit through the existing doors.

I'm already over my flooring budget as I thought I would be able to do the peel and stick using a good adhesive to secure the flooring, but le sigh :(Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated ...

They have 'peel/stick' glue on back--should be sufficient if installed on a new, clean underlayment.

Typical stuff they pick on like peeling paint, a missing screen (which tenants remove all the time) and things of that nature that don't affect the tenant's life and they haven't complained about.
