We are thinking of adding a pre-stock option where we'll supply the basics, eggs, milk, bread, etc etc for a fixed fee but so far haven't gotten around to figuring out the logistics of this.

We don't have to deal with the logistics or providing warranty work on items not up to snuff.

I also am getting my logistical and financial ducks in a row so I am ready to make moves when I find the right deals.
