Low ReturnsIt's very hard to discern because of the sheer amount of noise in markets (international trade development, explosive technological advancements, changing demographics, change in geopolitical circumstances, change in banking regulations), but the US economy has been fundamentally weakening over the last fifty years. 

It's not impossible but it's a grind and you have to know and be good at nearly everything involved with RE and some stuff I don't have to deal with like marketing and sales.

I actually read Rich Dad Poor Dad while living in Taiwan maybe 15 years ago and got really excited but had a small family and was planning to move back to the states so put it on hold, and got too busy with the day to day grind.  

We were also looking at little Italy... but a friend of our said that there could be a fair amount of noise from the airport.

We tried it for a month, but the noise was still a huge issue so we decided to switch. 

I grew up living right next to the freeway so I genuinely did not realize what a deterrent the freeway noise was for most people.

This dog breed will not be an outsized danger to children, nor a noise problem.

If you get a chance to work as an assistant and they put you on the phone with clients, I think this has been the best help for me because I am able to get a better idea of what types of questions people as, and mostly about what a grind this business is.

Do you foresee any issues with noise/etc. since the tenant is living right above the main house?
