I’ve been manually scouring Zillow/MLS for deals, but it’s time-consuming, and I’d love to streamline this.2.Has anyone experimented with using machine learning models (like classifiers or regression models) to rate properties based on their condition from MLS listing photos?

The idea is to start now, so over the next 30 years, we can build enough market influence to work effectively with affordable housing programs and truly drive down rental prices.To kick this off, I’m working on our first project.

Anyone have experience with this? 

I am by no means a savvy investor so I would just like to hear other ideas that may be unconventional for a normal guy without much experience.
