My personal portfolio of single and small multifamily rentals is out in Lake County (eastern suburbs) and I manage all of them myself.

I've heard Old Town East, Eastern Franklinton and Milo-Grogan are potentially up and and coming neighborhood districts. 

I am not sure Holton Wise Property Group manage in the eastern part of Cleveland, but I will find out.

As far as Charleston goes, as I detailed above, I was referencing the best streets- the eastern side of SOB, French Quarter and Ansonborough mostly.  

There are banks that will do 80% LTV in Eastern NC.  

I live with my wife, and we are both Eastern Orthodox Christians, (what you would probably call Orthodox Catholics).

Currently living in Walla Walla but i drive to Spokane once a month for my girlfriend's master's program at Eastern on the weekends.

I know counting on appreciation isn’t always a good idea, but I have to think that the property values in the eastern outskirts will be going up drastically as the years go on.
