Hello Bigger Pockets!!

My name is Ryan I live in Deer Park north of Spokane. My career for 25 years has been in the construction trades. I have owned a General Contracting business since 2006 specializing in remodeling.

I am new to real estate investing but have always been eager to get into it since reading Rich Dad Poor Dad back in the late 90s.

I’m looking to meet some other investors in the area to partner with to learn and grow. I bring my construction experience and a passion to build a fix and hold portfolio for retirement.

Looking forward to meeting and connecting others in the future, going to make 2019 a profitable year.

@Ryan Knudtson, Welcome to BP Nation! It is by far the best place on earth to learn, educate, share and give back to all things RE. Glad to see you on the site, once again welcome. You have a lot to offer in the way of value to folks considering you bring a wealth of knowledge due to your GC background. I know I am speaking to the choir here, but it is extremely difficult to find RELIABLE GC within the REI world. You have an advantage that most new investors don't!

My wife and I are starting to look at the Spokane market to possibly invest in the Multi-Family world. We are attempting to build a team that can help us with our goals towards this. It would be GR8 to make some connections with local contractors as I know we will eventually need some. Our kids both live in Spokane so we go up there often. Maybe one of these weekends when we are up there we can have a cup of coffee or lunch to make your acquaintance(?)
