Most of the sites I've found seem to be more targeted towards investors, and not the person bringing the deal opportunity.

I have failed with the google docs method and my last time tracker was too complicated for that I needed.

A little bit about me, I lived in a small town near the greater Boston area for the past 10 years and had just moved to O'ahu to pursue my Masters in Architecture, (but that's kind of on hold right now due to complication of the program...).

Are flat-fee MLS sites or otherwise free listing sites like Craigslist the only options?

Some sites will just send something like no information available.    

Aside from Bizbuysell, loopnet, crexi, and Horse & Hearth, what other listing sites have campgrounds and resorts for sale on them?

Maybe I need a new tax guy, but with hundreds of thousands on this site I thought someone might have a helpful opinion.

I'd also think about having someone live on site to make sure they don't come back. 

They have too many roofs, too many lawns and driveways, too many complications, and are hard to liquidate.
