If it's so you can keep 100% of your commission, there are plenty of online cloud brokerages that let you keep 100% commission and charge low transaction fees.

In the midst of putting together a property management company in NJ and am wondering what other PM's generally do.I have always been a stickler for duplicate documentation in both physical folders as well as on servers/ cloud.

Last time I heard from a friend, their system was unreliable and hard to find the right sequence without watching hours of boring still videos, not to mention it was not cloud-based storage, but just local.
