Florida has a law that stops cities from getting more strict or disallowing STR if they weren't already banned by 2011, but there are several that have laws on the books banning it.

I never see them around here anyway, so I'm quite certain they are banned or heavily regulated in some way.As for the yellow letters, I find it fairly interesting that you actually had a couple people call you to be taken off the mailing list.

Furthermore, if the housing authority finds out that additional cash money is being paid to the landlord to make up the difference, then both the tenant and the landlord can be permanently banned from the program.

This is akin to spam in my book.The last thing we want is for people to get overrun with people sending them garbage ad colleague requests.We're more than happy to remove and ban any user who abuses our system to send these kinds of requests.
