Was browsing the forum and saw something I hadn’t thought about.With a 3x income requirement, how do you account for the fairly large number of prospective tenants who are in areas like sales, where their commissions are the majority of their pay?  

Ive been browsing the forums and trying to find the biggest issues LLs have with property management companies in this space and it seems like they boil down to: Not handling fees in the LLs best interest Setting expectations early on and putting those in the contract The PMC having too many properties under management Just plain terrible customer service to LL clients.

Go to the menu bar click Network>Hard Money Lenders then sort by your state and click Browse Companies.
