Revit has a way for you model these sorts of furniture assemblies and there are specialized programs like PYTHA. 

In this case the lead assembling the deal may be able to handle the risk but the passives can't or won't.

Shawn You guys gotta stop going to assembly line lenders with non-vanilla non-assembly-line scenarios, that's the bottom line here.

{BTW:  There are things you can do while fire-rating the ceiling - floor assembly between stacked units which will greatly assist with sound dampening}

One ladder at one side of the room, the other ladder at the other side of the room, and the walk board between the two.Takes a minute extra time to set up for each room (Rotate the whole assembly on right angles as you move around the room), but when doing cut in at a ceiling it beats the pants off the old grind of "Paint 3 feet, climb down, move the ladder, climb up, pant 3 feet... wash, rinse, repeat"(Of course, I'd rather have stilts, but not everybody will invest that kind of money in tools)This is a sturdy setup that will cost maybe a hundred bucks at maximum (No need to buy really expensive ladders to do this), and will save you a ton of time... especially in hallways!

I am currently driving for dollars and starting my first mailing campaign, as well as assembling a buyers list.
