@John Underwood  Thanks John, yes I created it a few years back and used it as baseline for my mobile app's logic actually.  

If background yields an eviction for example and we decline, that app money is now gone....and they signed agreeing to the process...no refunds.

@cole @Cole BlackHi Cole - you can always set up a magic jack or even the app - ring central - they can set up phone numbers for you with voicemail. 

No one returned the rental app which I requested prior to showing the unit.I also don't see a lot of 2 rooms being rented as a pair, so in this circumstance I am unusual.
