And even if not passed, there have been some less than positive press on funds to acquire large numbers of SFR in certain markets, and local governments are becoming less accepting of them.

After a fair amount of research I wasn't able to find much on them, does anyone currently utilize the system and have there been any issues with the court accepting the receipts as proof of mailings? 

We did not get a property under contract in the 90 days, however, we did submit offers in the first 90 days that were not accepted (mainly issues with price).

The seller is asking $205,000...I have a deal accepted for $150,000.
