Ethical standards for sharks, only doing business with those who can't tread water for an hour might be appropriate LOLNo, really, good to hear Don, it's an area that has lacked ethical and professional standards historically.

It's not a location problem; there's just too much inventory in that slot (3-5 bedroom 1700-2400 sf) in this area to command high prices without really having something to stand out.

But when it's a small deal and can be covered personally, that will be considered and it may just be a matter of how the loan is slotted on the books, in the commercial loan section.Who the borrower is always makes a difference.Good luck

You can work around this in a number of ways, but it doesn't let you store and edit files the way you may be accustomed to.As far as the remote locks, I saw that on Shark Tank a couple weeks ago and wished I had thought of it.
