I think a much better scenario is ownership in individual trusts for each property (cheap and easy) with beneficial interest being held by multi member LLC, family limited partnership, corporation, etc.Ultimate in privacy (and a ton of other benefits) since the trust is there.Legal protection since the entity is there.
