The hosts often offer more privacy, comfort, faster internet, and better service in my experience. 

I had them cut the drive way in such a way so that the house won't be seen from the main road ( I like privacy).

The listing and the photos should be well thought out and should show lake views, privacy, etc. 

If they are concerned with privacy, you can even tell them that you won't use their name unless they approve it.

Privacy is too precious to throw away without a compelling reason.

I think a much better scenario is ownership in individual trusts for each property (cheap and easy) with beneficial interest being held by multi member LLC, family limited partnership, corporation, etc.Ultimate in privacy (and a ton of other benefits) since the trust is there.Legal protection since the entity is there.  

I feel an invasion of my privacy.

Hello all,I've been reading up on assigning vs. double closing and I'm under the impression that double closing gives one more privacy as to how much is being made on an assignment fee, and can protect from someone going around the "middle man".

I am considering cleaning up my back unit to a hospitality level, and post as AirBNB for weekends when I am away for additional $$.Just something to consider, I feel this option has given me much more privacy (and options) than a single house would.
