When the economy cycles down again the low income areas get pounded.

I use to own some Laundromats and know first hand how they get abused.  50 pounds of clothes in a 18 pound top loader!

I've gained weight that I should drop, about 20 pounds, but my abs are harder than most guys half my age.

If I were a prospective tenant, and you told me to do that, I would tell you to pound sand.As a landlord, I try to practice treating my tenants how I would like to be treated (within reason of course).By granting you access to my social media account, you have access to my family and friends.
