Here is some tips for the rehab crews and organization.I had as many as 5 rehab crews that I payed them per day.each crew was made out of 3 people, one forman and 2 other works. so when he was at home depot the others would work. 4 people would be too much. and 2 is not enough.they had to finish the job and sweep the floor and leave before the painting crews would come.Than the Clean Crew would go and pick up all the  trash.Than One full time painter crew (that I sub-contracted) I did not find directly hieing painting crews would be worth-ed for me to pay them per day.Than when it was all done, I had one person to go through the house to finish all the miner details and do the walk through with the buyers.
