To Don's point there are many mentoring programs hyping up those big wins to sell education and of course they don't show the losers, so buyer beware when framed from that perspective.

I think the whole debate over double close or assignment as the definition started because gurus started hyping it up as the way to do it with no money out of pocket.

Another reason is that it ain't sexy - we wanna hear how easy it is to buy 100 pigs in Ohio, even if this message is coupled with the statement that there's no cash flow to be had from them, and the money is made in servicing...lolAll said, I agree that if BP bills itself as an education platform, there should be some actual, real education here - there's very little of that - mostly hype, either on the podcast or the blog.

I feel they hype newbies.Issue is Almost all the deals I run numbers based on their own calculation , Buy, rehab and ARV's -- only leave the buyer 15-18% after the flip side sales commissions.
