Otherwise you will get a bunch of fingering pointing and blame/responsibility being placed on the guy that moved out before..... " my old roommate moved out and he was the one that put that hole in the door, so I'm not paying for those damages, I want my entire deposit back"If the guy that is moving out did any damage, its up to the current room mates to work that out on the $$

Fingers crossed.My 10 year goal is to buy property here in Idaho and improve our economy one property at a time.Looking for private lenders to borrow from, make the sale and buy the property, sell it againto another then give that lender back their money with Interest then turn around to do it again.Basically wholesale for now.Look forward to hearing from the community!
