So once you don't receive payment I suggest you go ahead and post your 3-day pay or vacate notice on the premises and then provide your contact information and if no one reaches out to you you go over there after 3 days and nobody is home and here's that it's been abandoned right they basically moved out you can go ahead and take that possession but at that point if there is someone there and you can clearly tell that nobody has left then you can proceed with eviction route and certainly call up animal control to let them know about the situation with all the cats!

I take different routes through different neighborhoods to look for things like - comp rental rates, new for sale signs, auction signs, distressed property, contractor vehicles, etc.
