Move to last night as the new tenants arrive to unload their belongings the existing tenant sister is at her house double parked nose to nose off the garage blocking access to the new tenants parking space (duplex home, single drive along side of house then widens in rear for 3 car parking).

In general, lenders don't like houses at this price point because once the SHTF and the borrower vanishes, the lender intended recourse would be to unload these at distressed price to a wholesaler.

Off hand I would say it would make a good place for a brick/stone company to sell their stuff provided there was an office where they could run their business.I would also say lumber yard but that would be a bit more sensitive to flooding.Stock yard and auction yard/auction facility could be good too.

You should be able to tap into your equity to some degree as mentioned above since the collateral is real property opposed to blueprints and lumber.
