I currently teach high school, but I am also a pastor.

Not only will you help educate others but we always learn more when we teach and share. 

In regards to modular, I actually have been developing a fourplex that I plan to build several of in Spokane Valley, in a modular build style with Champion Homes out of Weiser, Idaho. 

Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to teach the math lesson.  

Being new I took the time to get educated on the subject by the teaching of a few mentors, tons of bigger pockets youtube videos and a few good books I picked up along the way.

If you can give of your time to help them with something, they might be able to teach you some things about your market, etc.The best way to find them is here on BP or at meetups near you.

But without the words condo being removed from the title the FHA would not approve.So now we are working for another extension and switching over to a home style renovation loan in hopes that we can get approval there, as HUD will not be involved.
