Ok, here is what MINE covers:Commercial General Liability covers things that are on site, material wise, mine covers vandalism, fire, break ins, etcMaterial Floater Insurance covers materials stolen from my work sites (not sure if you as investor/owner can get this)Worker's Compensation Insurance covers things that are manpower related.
