Took in criminals straight out of jail, sex offenders, people with 15 evictions, etc...We used 1/4" luan to patch holes, spray painted everything off white, floors got painted black, kitchen/bath got roll vinyl, no central air (which meant 1 window per room had to function [and that's all the windows that functioned]), busted kitchen cabinetry got boarded over and so on.

I got a house for rent now and the tenant used spray foam sealent on the yard wall, means the brick fence wall, I wish I can post a picture and they are super ugly and difficult to remove.

The exterminator for example just calls them when its time for a quarterly spray and they work it out themselves.

I would be cautious with cheap no name companies, because they could come spray water around your foundation letting you think they are “treating” the place and in 2 years when your place is eaten up, they will be out of business.

It has been amazing & maintenance free.I recently went to a trade show & they had several booths with much the same product we used so its getting popular & some of them are now applied/sprayed on as a 2-3inch thick walk-on insulating foam impervious to moisture.
