My first steps if I had a house filled with mold due to a bad roof, would be to have a dumpster there day one, and a roofer there as well.

I talked to the roofer and he said iko has changed their shingles and the new ones are better.  

And if you're looking in your backyard then you're going to have to find vendors of all kinds who can be go to's from electricians to roofers etc.  

When Covid is on the mend and the market opens back up, it's going to be at the expense of the drive-to markets.

He works for a licensed roofer, but is not insured or licensed himself.

I let our care taker move a nice double wide on hook it all up and such.. he lived on the property for free in exchange for keeping fences mended and poachers out.. cleaning culverts and general ranch duties.. 

My question is 1. is roofer required to install a proper amount of insulation?

One roofer wanted over 30k to replace a flat rubber roof, another wanted 2500 to repair it for 'leaks'.

Roofer installed a third layer of shingles over two existing layers.
