Calendar Syncing I wound up just using the native tools within the rental platforms so far.

That will provide you a platform to earn a return while learning the industry better.

Can someone please tell me what's the platform that gets the BP Podcasts first?

Do It Yourself (DIY) and syndication can co-exist and provide a platform for you to grow, learn and make money...I think its ideal as you spend the next year learning from books, BP, syndicator deals you are intentional in, etc.... 

But it sounds like they don't care until you're doing it for an extended period of time or for more than a couple of rooms.Looks like they want you to go legit and get a license like @John Anderson said.

REI groups are a great way to get out there and meet people and I feel the networking platform on BP is just as valuable.

Is there any legit investments out there where you only have to invest five thousand to ten thousand dollars out of pocket?
